Photography, Video & Audio Policy – Home Farm Equestrian

Effective Date: 1/1/2026

Home Farm Equestrian (“we”, “us”, “our”) may capture and use photography, video, and audio recordings at events, clinics, and activities.

By attending or participating, you agree to the following:

1. General Consent

  • Photography, video, and audio recordings may be taken at any Home Farm Equestrian event or activity

  • By entering or attending, you consent to being recorded and to the use of such media as outlined below

2. How Media May Be Used

Captured content may be used for:

  • Social media (e.g. event highlights, announcements)

  • Website content

  • Marketing and promotional materials

  • Sponsor and partner communications

  • Press and publicity

This includes both digital and printed formats.

3. Children & Safeguarding

  • We take safeguarding seriously and aim to use images responsibly

  • Images will not be used in a way that is inappropriate or exploitative

  • Full names of children will not be published alongside images unless consent is provided

4. Third-Party Photographers & Media

  • Official photographers and videographers may be present at events

  • These individuals are authorised by Home Farm Equestrian

  • Images may be available for purchase or shared via third-party platforms

Attendees may take photos/videos for personal use only, provided they:

  • Do not interfere with the event

  • Do not photograph individuals in a way that could cause concern

  • Respect any request not to be filmed or photographed

5. Opt-Out Process

We understand some individuals may not wish to be recorded.

To opt out:

  • Notify us in advance of the event where possible

  • Inform the event office on arrival

We will take reasonable steps to avoid capturing or using your image; however, this cannot be guaranteed in large public environments.

6. Ownership & Rights

  • All official media captured by or on behalf of Home Farm Equestrian remains our property

  • We reserve the right to edit, reproduce, and distribute content as required

  • No compensation will be provided for use of images or recordings

7. Social Media Use

  • We encourage sharing and tagging, but content must remain respectful

  • Any inappropriate, offensive, or misleading use of images related to Home Farm Equestrian may result in action being taken

8. Concerns & Removal Requests

If you have concerns about any image, video, or audio:

  • Contact us directly

  • We will review and, where appropriate, remove content
